Housekeeper Supervisor

We are looking for an Housekeeper Supervisor to support the Mid-South CMOP housekeeping services in Murfreesboro, TN. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of (5) years' experience in supervising in the Environmental-Hospital Services industry, specifically with Sanitation teams. A minimum of the last (2) years shall be in a hospital or other accredited healthcare facility. Detailed knowledge of cleaning procedures and customer service skills is a must.

In addition, managing and overseeing the cleaning schedule and requirements.

Applicants must be US citizen and must be able to pass a background check performed by the Federal Government.

• Supervise the work activities of janitorial personnel in a professional environment.
• Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding janitorial services and take corrective action.
• May purchase janitorial supplies, manage stock level of inventory, train new employees, and recommend dismissals.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, reach, bend and stoop for extended periods of time;
Ascending/Descending stairs and required to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds frequently;
May be required to lift up to 30 lbs.
