Senior Risk Manager, DSP Network, AM DSP Network Health

Amazon is building a world-class last mile operation and partners with Delivery Service Partners (DSP) to deliver Amazon packages. The Senior Risk Manager will join the Last Mile Network Health team to manage the unwind of DSPs leaving the network. The role requires close collaboration with regional operations stakeholders, account managers, internal teams, and customers to drive risk mitigation and process improvements.

• End‑to‑end management of Delivery Service Partners exiting the program.
• Monitor key quality metrics and define initiatives to drive improvements.
• Plan, direct, supervise, and control the execution of all business, technical, and administrative functions of the assigned program, project, or sub‑task.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement operational improvements across the DSP network.

• 6+ years of compliance, audit, or risk management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
• Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles or Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements.
• Master’s degree or equivalent.
