Pep Boys is seeking a Territory Manager to oversee up to ~15 service center locations in the United States. You will lead Store Managers, drive profitable sales growth, and ensure EBITDA targets are met while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
You will visit stores weekly to bi-weekly, coach managers, address HR issues with the HR team, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies. The role requires travel within the territory and strong leadership and P&L skills.
