Salary: $60,000 - $72,000 per year

Nelson Mazda Murfreesboro is looking for a Assistant Service Manager who has a passion for serving people and developing high‑performing teams. If you are a natural leader who enjoys coaching, motivating, and helping others succeed, we’d love to meet you.

Automotive experience is not required. We are looking for leadership ability, a servant's heart, and the desire to learn our business. We will provide the training and support needed for your success.

• Lead and inspire a team of Service Advisors
• Coach team members daily to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Create a positive, high‑energy work environment
• Lead by example through professionalism, integrity, and accountability
• Help develop team members both personally and professionally
• Monitor daily performance and coach for continuous improvement
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and urgency
• Work closely with service technicians and dealership leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• Full‑time
• Five‑day work week
• Saturdays required
• Closed Sundays

• $60,000 - $72,000 annual salary
