Natera is seeking a Regional Director of Oncology Sales for Head and Neck cancer to build and lead a team of Clinical Oncology Specialists, driving Signatera MRD adoption across radiation oncology, medical oncology, surgical pathology and related care.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Head and Neck Sales, you will set strategy, coach field teams, recruit KOLs, and partner with cross-functional colleagues to meet aggressive revenue goals while ensuring compliance and patient-centered care.
