$55K–$65K Base + Bonus | $100K Potential

We’re looking for a results-driven

Branch Finance Managerto lead finance/collections operations of a high-performing branch. This is a leadership role for someone who candrive revenue, develop teams, and manage portfolio performance,all while delivering an excellent customer experience.

• Base Salary:$55,000 – $65,000 (based on experience)
• Total Compensation:$100,000 potential
• Monthly Bonus / Incentive Plan

• Established national company (37+ years, 24 states)

• Oversee underwriting decisions and portfolio health
• Monitor and improve delinquency and charge-offs
• Forecast performance metrics
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Maintain compliance with company policies and standards
• Conduct interviews for potential finance employees

• Consumer finance/collections leadership experience
• Subprime lending experience is a plus
• Proven ability tolead teams and hit performance targets
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Valid driver’s license

• No Sundays
• 42–48 hours per week
