The Contents Project Manageroverseestheday -to-dayexecutionofcontentsprojectsinthefieldandatthewarehouse,including pack-out,cleaning,inventory,storage,andpack-backofcustomerbelongings.

Reportingtothe Contents Operations /Production Manager,thisisaleadroleresponsiblefordirectingcrewsonassignedjobs,ensuringworkisperformedcarefully,accurately,andtoSERVPROqualitystandards,andprovidinghands-onguidanceandfeedbacktotechnicians.

Thispositionprovidesday-to-daydirectiontocrewsonthejobbutdoesnotcarryformalpersonnel-managementresponsibilitiessuchashiring,discipline,orperformancereviews.

• Overseethe day-to-dayexecutionofassignedcontentsprojectsfrompack-outthroughpack-back.
• Providecleardirection,guidance,andreal-timefeedbacktocontentscrewsandtechnicians.
• Establishefficientjobflow,setupstagingareas,andcoordinatetherequirementsforeachjob.
• Performandoverseepack-out,inventory,cleaning,storage,andpack-backofcustomerbelongings.
• Ensureaccuratedocumentation,photography,labeling,andtrackingofallcustomercontents.
• EnsurecrewsfollowSERVPROprocessesandcompleteallworkpertheworkorderandscope.
• Monitorproductionprogressagainstthescheduleandcommunicatestatustothe Operations/Production Manage rand Job File Coordinator .
• Identifysafetyhazards,communicate them,andenforceallsafetyproceduresonthejobsiteandinthewarehouse.
• Reviewandensurecomplete,accuratejobfileandinventorydocumentation.
• Communicateprofessionallywithcustomers,adjusters,andotherstakeholdersregardingtheirbelongings.
• Monitorandcontroljobcosts,labortime,andmaterialusageonassignedprojects.
• Ensurepropercare,protection,andmaintenanceofequipment,tools,vehicles,andstorageareas.
• Resolve day-to-dayproductionissuesquicklyandescalateconcernstothe
  
  Operations/Production Managerasneeded.
• Ensurejobsitesandstorageareasareleftclean,secure,and orderly.
• Supportthetraininganddevelopmentoftechniciansbydemonstratingbestpracticesandsharingknowledge.

• Prior contents/restorationexperience,includingexperienceleadingordirectingacrew,preferred.
• Strongattentiontodetailandknowledgeofcontentshandling,inventory,andcleaningprocesses.
• Highschooldiploma/GED required.
• IICRCcertificationsand/orpreviousfire/water/moldpropertyrestorationexperiencepreferred.
• Effectivewrittenandoralcommunicationskills.
• Strong organizational,time-management,and problem-solving skills.
• Abilitytoleadanddirectcrewsonthejobsiteandprovideconstructiveday-to-day feedback.
• Docusketchexperiencepreferred.
• Valid driver'slicense,approvedbyourinsurancecompany,required.
• Abilitytotravellocallyoroutofstatewhennecessary.
• Mustbeabletoworkinpersonandtraveltojobsitesasneeded.
  
  Availableforweekendandafter-hourson-call rotation.
• Mustbeauthorizedtoworklawfullyinthe United Statesandabletosuccessfullycompleteabackgroundchecksubjecttoapplicablelaw .

• Full-Time

$60K-$70K,pending experience.
