Metal Source LLC, operating as Metal Supermarkets La Vergne, is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to support daily store operations, sales, and warehouse coordination. This is a great opportunity to grow with a new franchise location in a hands‑on leadership role.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations, staff coordination, and customer service
- Assist with inside sales and walk-in customer orders
- Help oversee inventory, warehouse organization, and order fulfillment
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and equipment protocols
- Step in to manage store operations in the Store Manager's absence
Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail, sales, or warehouse management preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to lift and handle metal products as needed
- Reliable and detail-oriented
