Picker/Packer position located in Decatur, AL.
Employment Type:
Temp to Hire. Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour.
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Decatur, AL. As a Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are packaged accurately and efficiently for distribution. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
Responsibilities- Accurately pack products into boxes or containers according to specifications.
- Inspect products for quality assurance before packaging.
- Label packages correctly and ensure they are sealed securely.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the packing process.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking packaged items.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding any issues or discrepancies.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies while performing duties.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in packing or warehouse operations.
