Full-Time Welders and General Laborers

Swartfager Welding is looking for dependable full-time Welders and General Laborers to become part of our family-owned team.

We are a family-owned company seeking dependable full-time Welders and General Laborers to join our shop floor team. These are hands‑on positions supporting daily production operations, with opportunities to learn new skills and grow. Experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous shop, manufacturing, or welding experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work safely in a shop environment
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude
• Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen
• Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM shift
• PTO, holiday pay, and sick time after first 90 working days
