* Job Description:
*** Set up equipment in preparation for startup, responsible for making precision cuts to carcass and separate meat from bone to achieve desired carcass yield., while also being able to adhere to good safety practices, food safety policies, and company policies.
* Responsible for setting up area with all needed equipment.
* Monitor production area for trash and food debris on floor.
* Perform various other tasks as assigned by Lead person, Supervisor or Superintendent.
* Average training time may require 2-3 months.
* Must also adhere to good safety practices, food safety policies, and company policies. Responsible for setting up area with all needed equipment.
* Monitor production area for trash and food debris on floor.
* Perform various other tasks as assigned by Lead person, Supervisor or Superintendent.
* May occasionally be required to lift/carry up to 50lbs.
* Must be willing and able to complete work cycles in less than 20 seconds.
* Must be willing and able to work on and around machinery and chemicals.
* Must clean up area at end of production shift, including but not limited to sweeping, picking up debris from the floor, and spraying work areas. Must be willing and able to perform the following task for periods up to 12 hours on concrete floor, some of which may include but is not limited to standing, stooping, walking, climbing, and lifting.
** Requirements:**
* ** Must have 6 MThs continuous employment in the last 18 months. Preferred candidates will have at least 6 MThs of relevant machine operator, warehouse, agriculture or production experience.**
