Manpower Murfreesboro is now hiring for reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our client in Murfreesboro, TN. In this role, you will operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality production.
Location:
Murfreesboro, TN
Schedule:
2nd and 3rd shift
Pay: $20–$21 per hour
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery
- Perform routine quality checks on finished products
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures, production guidelines, and company policies
- Complete required documentation and production logs
- Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret basic work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a machine paced environment
- Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
