Wastewater Treatment Operator – Aerotek, Murfreesboro, TN

We are hiring Wastewater Operators in Murfreesboro, TN

Seeking a skilled Plant Operator to support operations and maintenance of a wastewater treatment facility. This role involves hands‑on work with treatment systems, equipment, and compliance monitoring.

• Operate and maintain treatment plant systems and equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and in‑lab testing
• Monitor chemical feed systems and adjust process controls
• Maintain logs and records to ensure permit compliance
• Operate forklifts, lifts, pumps, and other industrial equipment
• Promote safety culture and adhere to company standards

• High School Diploma or vocational training
• Valid driver’s license
• Wastewater operator license preferred but not required
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, PLC systems)
• Strong interpersonal and record‑keeping skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Murfreesboro, TN.

Pay range: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour.
