Overview

Wood Personnel Services is hiring General Labor Warehouse associates for multiple clients in Rutherford, Davidson and Wilson Counties. This is a hands‑on warehouse opportunity with temp‑to‑hire potential.

Pay: $16 - $27 per hour depending on position, shift and experience.

• 1st shift
• 2nd shift
• 3rd shift
• Weekend shift
• Rotating Shifts (Rotating Continental)

• Truck Loader / Unloader - Load and unload products safely and efficiently while maintaining organization in the warehouse.
• Line Loader / Unloader - Support production lines by loading materials and removing finished products.
• Machine Operator - Operate and monitor machinery to ensure safe, efficient, and quality production.
• Palletizer - Prepare, stack, and secure products onto pallets.
• Pick/Packers - Accurately pick customer orders and package products for timely shipment.
• Material Handler - Move materials and inventory safely and efficiently.
• Assembly Line Associate - Assemble tasks using hand tools and equipment.
• Industrial Assembly Technician - Build and assemble construction grade materials/boxes, heavy lifting.
• Quality Control Associate - Inspect products and materials for quality and identify defects.
• Forklift Operator - Operate forklifts to move, load, unload, and organize materials.
• Floor Picker - Use electric pallet jack and RF scan gun to locate, pick, and transport inventory.
• Welder - Perform welding and fabrication tasks with quality craftsmanship.
• Production Associate - Assist with general production activities.
• Skincare Production Associate - Manufacture and assist in packaging, labeling, and inspection of skincare products.

• Ability to work at a steady, productive pace.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• Reliable, hardworking individuals ready to work in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
• Standing for extended periods.
• Must follow safety and production procedures consistently.
