To strengthen our team, we are looking for aIE/PP Technician L3 P1/P2 (WC) in our plant in [[location]].
- Monitor and analyze production performance (productivity, efficiency, downtime, and losses).
- Support line balancing and workforce optimization.
- Participate in time studies and work measurement activities.
- Ensure the implementation and follow-up of industrial engineering standards.
- Assist in continuous improvement projects to optimize processes and reduce waste.
- Prepare and update production reports, KPIs, and performance indicators.
- Support the implementation of new projects, layouts, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams to improve operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety, and quality standards.
