• Ensure safe and effective operations in support of the manufacturing of products such as Meow Mix
• Collect and analyze data to helpin delivering a consistent performance aligned with our expectations for the highest quality and to identify opportunities for continuous improvement

If so, you are exactly whowe are lookingforto join our Company! We are currently hiring entry-level production technicians in our Pet Food Plant. Whether you are interested in the making of the product or working on one of our packing teams, we have a spot for you.

• Manufacturing experience (preference for pet food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods)
• A proven track record of goodattendanceand consistent performancedeliveringconsistent safety and quality
• Capability to work well in a team environment and be willing to help solve problems and implement solutions with diverse employees
• Must be willing to be on shift (12-hour 2-2-3 shift rotation, fixed days or nights)
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment and follow all company Safety Rules & Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s)
• Able to operate, performbasicphysical activities: climbing, standing, bending, twisting, and moving around stairs, ladders, platforms, and various equipment
• Capability to work well in a team environment and be willing to help solve problems and implement solutions
• Must be able to effectively read, comprehend, interpret, record, and apply information from documents
• Mechanical interest and operational skills
• Able to learn new systems, record operational data and communicate results
• Track quality and waste metrics

• High School Diploma or GED required
