Taylor Corporation is looking for a Press / Print Operating Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will set up, adjust, and operate press equipment to produce high-quality printed materials according to job specifications. This is a hands‑on position for someone who is mechanically inclined, detail focused, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Monday – Thursday, 3:00 pm to 1:30 am.

• Carry out detailed instructions from job orders accurately and precisely.
• Identify possible errors or problems and take prompt action to correct them.
• Set up and adjust press equipment for job runs to meet specifications.
• Monitor product quality during job runs and check details against specifications.
• Take action to correct quality issues or production concerns as needed.
• Monitor equipment during job runs and remain alert to mechanical problems.
• Refer mechanical issues to maintenance as needed.
• Initiate the start‑up and running of jobs according to the production schedule.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and upkeep.
• Meet standards for output, waste, and spoilage.
• Complete required logs and paperwork accurately.
• Keep work area clean and organized to support efficiency and shift changeovers.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.

• Mechanical and technical skills or aptitude.
• Basic math skills, including the ability to read a ruler and calculate label dimensions for stock optimization.
• Ability to operate equipment and meet production and quality standards.
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions for work orders.
• Ability to communicate professionally.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products, including print materials.
• Frequently required to move inside the facility.
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds, including lifting, pushing, pulling and/or carrying.

• Ability to distinguish colors.
• Experience in a production-related environment.
