PAY AND SCHEDULEStarting Pay: $20.50/hour + $0.55/hour Shift Differential
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:00 PM

Our manufacturing team supports the production of tailor welded steel products used throughout the automotive industry. Depending on experience, qualifications, and business needs, candidates may be considered for Material Handler or Machine Operator.
RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE- Operating forklifts, overhead cranes, and manufacturing equipment
- Moving materials throughout the facility
- Loading and unloading production equipment
- Operating and monitoring production machinery
- Performing quality inspections and verifying product specifications
- Packaging and preparing products for shipment
- Completing production and inventory documentation
- Following work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Supporting production operations as needed
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 70 pounds as required by the position
- High School Diploma or GED
- Manufacturing experience
- Forklift operating experience
Warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience
Experience using calipers, micrometers, or tape measures
Experience reading blueprints or production specifications
Overhead crane experience
