• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus but not necessary— we provide training!
• Ability to use hand tools, read work instructions, and follow assembly procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
