Assembler, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Job Summary

Assembler – responsible for assembling products and parts in a manufacturing setting, following assembly instructions, operating tools, and performing quality checks to ensure product standards are met.

• Assemble products according to blueprints, diagrams, or verbal instructions.
• Use hand and power tools to fasten, fit, and connect components.
• Inspect parts and components for accuracy and quality throughout the assembly process.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor the assembly line for potential issues and report them to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Operate and perform routine maintenance on assembly line equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet production goals.
• Assist in other areas of production as needed.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• One to two years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and technical documents such as blueprints.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and perform repetitive tasks.

• Regularly required to talk and hear.
• Required to stand, walk, climb, sit, balance, stoop, kneel, and/or crouch.
• Frequently required to use fingers, hands, and arms to handle and reach.
• Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must meet vision requirements including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.
• Required to wear personal protective equipment in designated areas.

• Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts.
• Exposure to weather conditions; precipitation, extreme cold, and extreme heat.
• Required to wear hearing protection in a loud environment.

• Day Shift opportunities with a second shift premium of $1.50/hr where applicable.
• 4‑on 4‑off schedule; off half the weekends during the year.
