Help drive our growth at Holland Sharpe Join a team that values craftsmanship and uptime. As a Plastic Injection Press Set-Up and Start-Up Technician, you will keep our operation moving by executing reliable changeovers and ensuring every press starts clean and runs correctly.

Your impact

Perform mold and tooling changeovers on injection molding machines.

Set up presses to run parts and verify the run is operating as intended.

Oversee and troubleshoot 12–24 injection molding machines to maintain proper output.

Clean dies after runs to ensure smooth handoffs for other shifts.

Operate with hydraulic, electric, and magnetic clamp systems.

What we are looking forAt least 3 years of experience in a plastic injection molding facility or prior plastics manufacturing background.

Demonstrated skill in injection molding, tool and die mold setup, and reading blueprints.

Schedule and compensation

Third shift hours: 11 pm to 7:30 am Hourly rate: 23.68 – 26.64, dependent on experience

Engel and Sumitomo injection molding machines
