Job Description
Kelly Services is hiring Assembly Workers for Electrolux in Springfield, TN! If you're looking for a great opportunity to start a manufacturing career,
- No Experience? No Problem — We'll Train You!
- No High School Diploma or GED Required!
- $18.00/hr
- 1st Shift – Flexible 8–10 hour shifts
- (Earliest start time is 4:00 AM. Your schedule will be provided during orientation.)
- Assemble appliance components on a production line
- Use hand tools and air tools to build quality products
- Meet production and quality standards
- Work safely as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stoop, grip, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs. repeatedly
- Comfortable standing for 8–10 hours per shift
- Able to work around insulation materials
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Entry-level opportunity with paid training
