Our client is seeking a Marketing Content & Creative Specialist to join their growing organization in Nashville, TN. This is a highly visible role supporting a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization where marketing functions as an internal agency serving multiple business units. The ideal candidate will be a strong content creator and creative professional who can independently execute projects, manage competing priorities, and bring fresh ideas while maintaining brand consistency across all channels.
Duties- Develop compelling content including email campaigns, press releases, executive communications, blog articles, website copy, and social media content.
- Partner with internal subject matter experts to transform complex healthcare, technology, and business concepts into engaging marketing materials.
- Create and design digital and print collateral, including brochures, one-pagers, case studies, event materials, sales enablement tools, and executive-level presentations.
- Design graphics and visual assets for social media, email campaigns, websites, and marketing initiatives while ensuring brand consistency.
- Maintain and update website content through Word Press and support ongoing content development efforts.
- Assist with video editing, content production, and management of marketing asset libraries and creative templates.
- Support conferences, events, and marketing campaigns, including logistics coordination, vendor communication, travel arrangements, and post-event follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, Business Development, Operations, and Leadership to support organizational goals.
- 3-5+ years of experience in content marketing, graphic design, creative marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong content creation experience with exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and proofreading skills.
- Experience creating marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, PowerPoint, or similar design tools.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, commercial real estate, financial services, SaaS, or B2B marketing environments is a plus.

Salary: $75,000
Travel: Minimal travel required (approximately 2-3 events per year)
