We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Content Manager to help showcase the people, projects, and culture for a civil construction contractor.
Responsibilities- Create photo, video, and drone content from active construction projects.
- Produce engaging content for Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube.
- Manage social media strategy and content calendars.
- Develop campaigns to grow brand awareness and engagement.
- Tell compelling stories about employees, projects, and equipment.
- Track analytics and optimize content performance.
- Support recruiting efforts, events, and marketing initiatives.
- Strong photography, videography, and editing skills.
- Experience with drones; FAA Part 107 certification preferred.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and audience growth strategies.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, Cap Cut, Canva, or similar tools.
- Self-motivated, creative, and comfortable working in both office and field environments.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
