The Senior Manager, Marketplaces will report to the VP of Omnichannel & Marketplaces and play a key role in managing and growing the company’s Amazon and businesses. This position will support marketplace strategy while assisting with day-to-day execution, performance monitoring, analytics, inventory management, new item launches, and marketplace optimization. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of hands-on Amazon and Walmart experience, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate marketplace data into clear actions and recommendations.
Experience with additional omnichannel retailers is a plus.
- Manage day-to-day marketplace execution across Amazon and , in partnership with the VP of Omnichannel & Marketplaces.
- Utilize Amazon Seller Central, , and Stackline to monitor performance, identify trends, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly business tracking and reporting, including key marketplace KPIs.
- Support and execute Amazon & marketing strategies, promotions, and marketplace growth initiatives.
- Monitor inventory health, in-stock levels, demand forecasts, and sell-through, partnering with Supply Chain and other cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate and execute new item launches, ensuring content, inventory, marketing, and operational readiness.
- Manage and optimize Amazon Subscribe & Save, including strategy execution, performance reporting, and recommendations.
- Monitor marketplace content, pricing, unauthorized resellers, and other online compliance issues, supporting reseller enforcement efforts.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other teams to drive marketplace performance.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a business related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience managing Amazon &
- Experience managing additional online marketplaces is a plus
Physical Requirements
This is a full-time position and may require long hours and may require weekend and nights work per events.
Travel RequirementsMinimal Travel Required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach, stoop kneel to install computer equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work. Light to moderate lifting is required. Ability to uphold the stress of traveling.
Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate. Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic). Ability to work in a confined area. Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
