Deer Run Camps & Retreats offers a Basecamp Internship Program, a 9-month paid internship for young adults aged 18–25 interested in ministry and Christian leadership. Interns immerse themselves in camp ministry, serving in many departments, and receive intentional discipleship and mentorship from senior leaders.
