Overview
Wound Care Nurse - RN or LPN — NHC Health Care Murfreesboro is hiring for a full-time Wound Care Nurse to join our team as a nurse specialized in wound care.
The qualified nurse will assess and evaluate patients with wounds, colostomies and injuries. This role ensures optimum patient care delivery in wound care nursing procedures, provides education to prevent pressure ulcers and infections, and coordinates care with other health professionals. Some on-call responsibilities may apply.

- Implement and monitor wound care procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
- Provide education to prevent pressure ulcers and infections
- Coordinate care with other health professionals
- On-call responsibilities may be required
- Must be a team player
- Wound Care Certified Nurse
- Tennessee LPN or RN License
