New Salem Surgery Center, a state‑of‑the‑art multispecialty surgery center in Murfreesboro, is actively seeking a dynamic and compassionate FT Pre Op/PACU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role offers flexibility with no weekends, holidays, or on‑call commitments.

As a Pre Op/PACU RN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care throughout the perioperative process. This position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to contribute without the constraints of regular weekends, holidays, or on‑call duties.
Responsibilities- Conduct preoperative assessments and prepare patients for surgical procedures.
- Monitor and assess patients in the post‑anesthesia care unit (PACU) during recovery.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure safe and effective patient care.
- Administer medications, manage pain, and provide postoperative education.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee.
- Minimum of three years of experience in Pre Op and PACU nursing.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
