Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - $4,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full Time

Shifts Available:
Full-Time & Part-Time | 12-hour days (7a-7p), 12-hour nights (7p-7a), or evenings (7p-11p)

A Typical Day Includes:

* Providing great, hands-on care based on each resident's specific needs.

* Supporting and supervising our nursing assistants on the floor.

* Keeping families and physicians in the loop when a resident's condition changes.

* Handling medications, treatments, and required documentation.

* Leading by example-meaning you're willing to jump in, answer a call light, and help out when the team needs it.

What You'll Need:

* An active LPN license (Tennessee or a compact state).

* Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.

* A genuine love for working with seniors.

* Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts and your share of weekends/holidays.
