• Provide primary and family evidence‑based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients.

• Perform administrative duties such as opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow‑up, verifying insurance and collecting payment, and maintaining a clean environment.

• Handle patient appointments and perform routing examinations to ensure positive patient health outcomes.
" + "
• Speak with patients about healthy lifestyle choices, complete diagnostic tests to aid in diagnosing and treating injuries or illnesses, and coordinate with other health care professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care.

• Encourage patients to become active participants in their own health care and well‑being through services such as health screenings, behavioral health and wellness, and chronic condition management.

• Minimum one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner; experience in family medicine or primary care preferred.
" + "
• Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
" + "
• Provide holistic, evidence‑based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for patients, including education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, sexually transmitted infection (STI) prevention, and safer sex practices.

• Order and administer immunizations and injections (including but not limited to COVID‑19, influenza, TB, Depo) and provide evidence‑based vaccine counseling and education.

• Minimum two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.

• Complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.

• Proficiency in speaking and writing an additional language such as Spanish is preferred.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and AED operation.

• Pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol requires.
