Registered Nurse (PRN) - Paragon Infusion Centers

Location:

1855 Medical Center Pkwy, STE G, Murfreesboro, TN 37129.

Shift: Days. PRN RN will cover sick call-offs, PTO coverage, and higher census days as needed.

Tuesday–Friday; 8am–4pm.

Onsite:
This role requires associates to work from the posted location full-time, enabling consistent face-to-face collaboration, teamwork, and direct engagement. This policy promotes an environment built on in-person interaction, communication, and immediate support.

• Administer all ordered therapies according to prescriber orders, facility protocols, standards, and company policy.
• Perform duties within the nurse’s scope of practice and facility policies.
• Complete admission process as directed by Center Director.
• Perform physical assessments on each patient as warranted and for new consults as warranted by the patient diagnosis; refer to the NP on duty for a complete physical assessment as needed.
• Document all pertinent data in the patient’s medical record.
• Report significant changes or observations to the Center Director and follow up on any identified problems.
• Evaluate patient response to therapy and document findings in the medical record.
• Educate patients and/or family members regarding the therapy plan.
• Ensure all medication orders are complete, appropriate, accurate, and up to date prior to treatment.
• Understand and adhere to all applicable state, local, and federal laws and regulations including maintaining patient confidentiality according to HIPAA.

• ASN or ADN with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current unrestricted RN license in the applicable state.
• Multi-state licensure is required if providing services in multiple states.
• Satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis test and Hepatitis B vaccine or signed waiver.

• 2+ years of experience with IV therapy.
• Port, PICC, and peripheral line experience.
• Medication mixing experience.
• Titration experience.
• BSN degree.
• Multi-state license a plus.
• Clerical and administrative RN experience.
