Registered Nurse (PRN) – Paragon Infusion Centers

Location: 1855 Medical Center Pkwy, STE G, Murfreesboro, TN 37129.

Shift: Days – PRN RN will cover sick call-offs, PTO coverage, and higher census days as needed.

Clinic

Hours:

Tuesday-Friday; 8am-4pm.

Work Mode: Onsite – requires work from the posted location full-time. Hybrid/virtual work not permitted unless accommodation granted.

• Performs duties within the Nurse's scope of practice, facility policies, INS standards of practice, and approved protocols.
• Administers ordered therapies per prescriber order, facility protocols, INS standards, and company policy.
• Completes admission process as directed by Center Director.
• Performs physical assessment on each patient as warranted and for new consults as warranted by diagnosis.
• Refer to NP on duty for complete physical assessment when needed.
• Documents all pertinent data in the patient’s medical record.
• Reports all significant changes or observations to Center Director and follows up on any identified problems.
• Evaluates patient’s response to therapy and documents findings.
• Educates patients and/or family members regarding therapy plan.
• Ensures medication orders are complete, appropriate, accurate, and up to date prior to treatment.
• Adheres to all applicable state, local, and federal laws and regulations, including HIPAA for patient confidentiality.

• ASN or ADN plus minimum 2 years of clinical experience (or equivalent education/experience).
• Current unrestricted RN license in applicable state (multi-state licensure required if services provided in multiple states).
• Satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis test and Hepatitis B vaccine or signed waiver.

• 2+ years of IV experience.
• Experience with Port, PICC, and peripheral lines.
• Medication mixing experience.
• Titration experience.
• BSN.
• Multi-state license a plus.
• Clerical and administrative RN experience.
