Role & Responsibilities

Assist electrophysiologists with arrhythmia ablations, device implants, and related procedures.

Assist electrophysiologists with arrhythmia ablations, device implants, and related procedures.

Perform patient assessments, monitor cardiac rhythms, and support sedation and post-procedure care.

Educate patients and families on procedures and recovery, ensuring understanding and safety.

Maintain sterile techniques, troubleshoot equipment, and collaborate with the care team to develop treatment plans.

Respond to patient condition changes, monitor for complications, and adhere to safety and infection control protocols.

• Recent RN experience in electrophysiology labs
• Valid RN license and current BLS/ACLS certifications
• Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and technical skills
• Physical ability to move equipment and remain active during procedures
• Effective communication and ability to work under pressure

• Conduct assessments, assist with procedures, administer medications, monitor patient responses, and ensure safe recovery.
• Provide patient education, maintain sterile environment, and support procedural workflow.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards, ensuring high-quality patient care.
