Role:
Progressive Care Registered Nurse
Responsibilities- Assess and monitor complex patient conditions in the progressive care unit
- Manage cardiac and telemetry monitoring
- Administer medications and IV therapies
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatments
- Uphold safety and quality standards to ensure patient well-being
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork, compassion, and clinical excellence
- Current RN licensure
- Experience in acute or progressive care settings preferred
- Strong assessment and monitoring skills
- Knowledge of cardiac and telemetry monitoring
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Commitment to safety, quality, and compassionate care
