Role Overview:
This position is for new graduate nurses or those with less than six months of experience in acute care settings.
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, advocate for patient safety through monitoring and communication, educate patients and families, perform physical assessments and diagnostic tests, and manage the patient journey from admission to discharge or transfer.
Qualifications & Skills:Valid RN licensure from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or a multi-state license, BLS certification within one month of hire, and a diploma from an accredited nursing program. Preference for candidates graduating by June 2026.
