Assess patient conditions during admission and shifts, perform procedures, document care accurately, administer medications, and monitor responses. Act as an advocate to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
Qualifications and SkillsValid RN license with an Associate or Bachelor's Degree, or RN Diploma. BLS and CPR certifications required within 30 days of employment. Knowledge of cardiac and medical-surgical care, procedures, and equipment essential.
Key DutiesEvaluate patient status, perform ordered procedures, document care, administer medications, and monitor patient responses to ensure safety and quality care.
