Emergency Room Nurse

Role: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the healthcare team, following scope and standards of practice. They assess patient pain, perform procedures, document care, respond promptly to patient needs, and educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatments, medications, and lifestyle changes. The RN advocates for patients and models organizational values to ensure optimal clinical outcomes and patient experience.

Qualifications: Requires 1+ years of RN experience, with certifications in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within specified time frames. Must hold an Associate or Bachelor's Degree, or RN Diploma.
