The Care Hive is seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled home health care during 12-hour shifts, which may include weekends. This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy autonomy, meaningful one-on-one patient care, and a flexible schedule.

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor ongoing conditions
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care per physician orders
• Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care
• Educate patients and caregivers on conditions, medications, and home care needs
• Accurately document all care in the electronic medical record
• Communicate changes in patient status to physicians and the interdisciplinary team
• Comply with agency policies and all Tennessee state regulations

What We're Looking For

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Tennessee
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN required)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home health preferred)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a home health environment

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts
• Shifts may include weekends based on patient needs and scheduling
