- Provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians
- Serve veterans of Tennessee in a nursing home environment
- Ensure every resident receives the highest quality of care possible
- Assist in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents
- Collaborate with residents, families, visitors, nursing staff, Registered Nurses and physicians
- Current and active LPN Certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be a caring individual willing to assist in providing a safe and comfortable environment for residents
- Ability to work independently and make decisions when circumstances warrant
- Flexibility in work habits to meet the needs of residents or nursing staff
- Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with residents, families and visitors
- Willingness to work as part of a caring team
- Ability to work night shift, 7p to 7a
Demonstrates expertise in providing direct patient care and support in a nursing home environment, ensuring the highest quality of care for residents while collaborating effectively with healthcare teams.
