Operational Quality (PL)

• Ensure compliance with quality standards during the manufacturing process.
• Monitor and improve production process quality to reduce defects and non‑conformities.
• Lead and support the quality process team on the production floor.
• Analyze quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure respect of work instructions, control plans, and procedures.
• Follow up on internal audits and customer complaints related to process quality.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to solve quality problems.
• Train operators and team members on quality requirements and standards.
• Monitor KPIs related to quality (scrap rate, defects, rework, customer complaints, etc.).
• Ensure continuous improvement using quality tools such as 5 Why, Ishikawa, 8D, PFMEA, and control plans.
