Teflon is seeking a Quality Manager in New Johnsonville, TN to lead site quality performance and manage the Quality Management System (QMS). This role includes strategic and operational leadership for quality systems, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and serving as a liaison for quality-related matters. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar, at least 3 years of leadership experience in quality or manufacturing, and knowledge of statistical process controls.
