Fast Food Cook or Service role at McDonald's.

Starting pay up to $12 an hour.

This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee owns a license to use McDonald's logos and food products, but is a separate company and separate employer from McDonald's USA. If hired, the franchisee is your employer, not McDonald's USA. Only the franchisee is responsible for employment matters at the restaurant, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervisions, staffing, and scheduling employees.

McDonald's USA has no control over employment matters at the restaurant.

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience.
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals.
• Prepare all of McDonald's World Famous food.
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun.
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic.

Must be 15 years of age or older to work as a Crew Member at McDonald's. Great candidates can enter management training within 3 to 6 months. You will learn soft skills like teamwork, problem solving, flexibility, communication, leadership, time management, organization, motivation and work ethic.
