Position: Pharmacy Tech Certified Sam's Club

Position Summary

We are looking for a dedicated associate to serve our members at Sam’s Club. The role involves providing Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company’s products and services.

What you’ll do

Operate hardware such as cash registers or related equipment, process member purchases, and assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges using appropriate procedures for different membership and payment types.

Provide Pharmacy products and services to Members in accordance with Company policies and procedures by assisting with processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases, stocking and securing Pharmacy supplies and merchandise, entering prescription information or filing prescriptions, and completing and maintaining paperwork, forms and other required documentation.

Receive and stock merchandise in the Pharmacy area, organize and maintain the area by following Company procedures, utilizing equipment appropriately, merchandising, and completing paperwork logs and other required documentation.

Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress and information; determine and recommend ways to address improvement opportunities; adapt to and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback.

Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and using the Open Door Policy.
