Position Summary
Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; providing guidance and support to members regarding self‑service technology; assisting members with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving member issues and concerns; and promoting the company’s products and services.
Assists management with the supervision of associates in assigned area of responsibility by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training associates on processes and procedures, and providing direction and guidance on member service approaches to ensure complaints and issues are resolved according to company guidelines. Supports the Open Door Policy and participates in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates.
Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise from distribution centers and vendors, organizes and maintains the sales floor using equipment and merchandising, and completes required documentation such as logs and paperwork according to company policies.
Maintains safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting and hazardous material handling protocols, adhering to company steel standards, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
Ensures proper maintenance and presentation of merchandise, handling claims and returns, zoning the area, stocking and arranging items, setting up displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise, identifying shrink and damage, and securing fragile and high‑shrink products.
Monitors food and merchandise quality by ensuring product rotation, code dating, recalls, and sanitation standards are followed in all departments.
Leads and participates in teams by sharing resources, determining customer needs and business priorities, coordinating and executing work assignments, providing feedback and support, and modeling adaptability to change or new challenges.
Oversees picking and staging of club pick‑up orders to ensure products are selected and staged according to company policy and procedures.
Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs, collaborating with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners; analyzes information from multiple sources; monitors progress and results; and identifies and addresses improvement opportunities.
Demonstrates, promotes, and supports compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards by explaining, guiding, and demonstrating their application in business processes; implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and assisting management in correcting ethical and compliance issues.

The hourly wage range for this position is $23.00 to $31.00.
* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
Minimum Qualifications- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- At least 6 months of retail experience and 6 months of customer service experience.
- Leading a team, supervising experience to include hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others.
