Your Mission &Key Responsibilities
As a Pro Shop Team Member, your mission is to provide every guest with a welcoming, professional, and memorable experience from check-in to the final putt.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests and delivering exceptional customer service
- Managing tee time reservations and golfer check-ins
- Operating the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Answering phones and assisting guests with questions and bookings
- Assisting with golf shop merchandise sales and inventory
- Supporting tournaments, outings, and daily golf operations
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional golf shop environment
- Communicating effectively with management and other team members
- Helping ensure smooth daily operations throughout the facility
