Retail Team Leader (Key Holder)

Pay: $18+/hour (based on experience)

Store

Hours:

Monday to Saturday 7AM - 8PM, Sunday 9AM - 6PM

• Open and close the store
• Assist with daily store operations and tasks
• Unloading merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing and transferring stock to the store
• Maintain merchandise: product rotation, proper food handling, receiving, and product quality assurance
• Provide exceptional customer service, build relationships, problem‑solve, and drive sales
• Cash handling: bank deposits, change for cashiers, and register reconciliations
• Assist in building and training the team, developing leadership skills, and supervising sales associates in their duties

• 1–2 years of retail experience with progressively increasing responsibility
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age 18
• Basic computer skills
• Pass pre‑employment checks, including drug screen and criminal background check

• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs, including frequent lifting above shoulder height

• Flexible full‑time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to operate power equipment such as slicing equipment, walkie lifts, and forklifts where applicable
• Occasional response to alarm calls during non‑working hours and flexibility to work shifts at other local stores
