As part of the produce team, you’ll make important decisions about the quality of the produce that members and their families eat by ensuring availability, cleanliness and freshness. Your smile and customer service will enhance the member’s shopping experience.

• Work in the produce department: Maintain a clean, member-ready area; receive and stock merchandise; maintain inventory to avoid out-of-stock & over-stock; prepare produce (trim, crisp, package, scale) according to established standards; adhere to sanitation and food safety regulations.
• Customer service: Maintain a positive attitude by greeting, thanking members; answer questions; provide exceptional service across the club; communicate effectively and influence team members.
• Teamwork and adaptability: Work flexibly in other areas as needed; track goods; control shrinkage; lead by example and exhibit high quality service.
• Use technology: Leverage handheld tools to make immediate business decisions; adapt to new tools and encourage peers to use them.
• Compliance: Follow company policies, procedures, ethics, and the Open Door Policy; comply with all laws and regulations related to produce quality.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Premiums may be paid at $0.35–$3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.
