The Assistant Store Leader of Visual Merchandising leads and supports the Store Leader by directing activities required to achieve all store goals, including best‑class guest service, sales objectives, operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandising presentation, while driving both associate and guest engagement.

• Co‑conduct and facilitate sales associate and key‑holder training.
• Consistently meet or exceed store and individual goals.
• Plan, execute, and maintain floor sets and refreshes.
• Plan, execute, and maintain window installations.
• Lead floor set/refresh management.
• Manage seasonal décor placement.
• Co‑manage product replenishment.
• Manage mannequin placement and design.
• Co‑manage store atmosphere – scent, music, layout.
• Control workflow through successful planning and delegation.
• Execute task directives within designated time frames.
• Complete opening/closing procedures.
• Adhere to loss‑prevention practices and report potential incidents.
• Communicate effectively with the executive team.
• Lift and carry heavy boxes (up to 30 lbs.) as required.
• Utilize weekly reporting to track, analyze, and communicate business results.
• Interpret visual communication through partnership with the Visual District Leader.
• Oversee the rollout of floor sets, window sets, fixture placement, and overall visual environment.
• Maintain awareness of brand aesthetic and ensure relevance to the store environment.
• Manage placement of new product and communicate product performance observations.

• 1 year of retail management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, and/or squatting; may need to climb ladders and stairs.
• Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
