Part‑time Joy Creators will be scheduled 15–30 hours per week Monday–Sunday. Must have the flexibility to work two or more morning, midday, or evening shifts. Shifts may vary but typically are morning (8:30 am–2 pm), midday (10 am–4 pm or 11 am–5 pm), evening (2:30 pm–7 pm) or (3 pm–7 pm). Bakery hours are Monday–Saturday: 9 am–7 pm;
Sunday: 10 am–4 pm.

• Promptly greet walk‑in and phone guests with genuine warmth and helpful enthusiasm; follow NbC Sweet Steps of Service to create a superior guest experience.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to educate guests on NbC cake distinction, size and flavor profile options, pricing, special promotions and complementary retail merchandise.
• Suggest additional merchandise, including balloons, candles and cards, to complete a unique celebration.
• Process guest orders efficiently and accurately utilizing the point‑of‑sale system; invite guests to join the NbC Email Club for special promotions.
• Uphold a clean and organized bakery presentation, including routine sweeping/mopping of the floor and dusting/cleaning of countertops, windows and other surfaces.
• Restock retail merchandise and cake display case to ensure a strong visual presentation.
• Assist the Crafter in preparing cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
• Comply with all health and safety guidelines and NbC policies and procedures, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene.
• Maintain a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.

Previous customer experience is a plus but not required. Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
