We aim to make fashion more sustainable by giving life to gently used clothes that aren't being worn anymore. We're looking for full-time and part time dual trained sales associates to join our team.

• Provide excellent customer service
• Tagging, hanging and racking clothing
• Organize racks, merchandise clothing
• Operate the sales register
• Assist in cleaning and maintaining the condition of the store and racks.
• Assist in social media tasks as needed.
• Will be sorting and in taking clothing as a buyer after initial sales associates training.

We are looking for the following:

• Employees with outgoing personalities. Mature attitudes.
• Must have good fashion sense and a good grasp of current fashion trends.
• Understands that timeliness and hardwork is necessary to thrive here.
• Must be someone who rarely misses a scheduled shift (average employees nationwide misses 3 shifts a year). If this sounds too few for you, then Uptown likely is not for you. We need employees that understand that frequent callouts make it hard to smoothly run a business.
• Must be available 25-30 hours a week or more. Able to work 4 weekend days a month.
